Smart Street Lighting Pole - Design Description
Due to street light pole is carrying of mounting and of the subsystem module devices, the overall design of smart pole body is as follows:
1) pole composition: lamp arm, pole, Power cabinet three parts.
2) Considering mounted device on pole such as led screee, camera ,IoT devices ,etc are not less about 200kg, so the cross-section of smart pole have to be more than 150mm*150 mm *5mm and thickness at less 3mm （The pole thickness will be determined by different differnt prokects ）.
3) Pole wind level design: light pole wind resistance according to the design of the 32.7-36.9 m / s (Wind level 12)
4) Pole selection: Q235 high-quality carbon structural steel coils, aluminum. Comply with Q/WG (RZ) 07-99 standard, design factor 1.8. the design life of the pole is more than 30 years. 5) pole body anti-corrosion: the average thickness of the pole body hot dip galvanized ∮ ≥ 86 μm, the minimum local ∮ ≥ 65 μm, the service life of the pole in the normal operating environment up to 30-50 years. Galvanized layer adhesion in line with GB2694-88 standards, to ensure that the color does not fade for 8 years.
